Little Octopus

A tiny octopus, shy and sweet, With curly arms and tiny feet, He hides inside a seashell home. And dreams of jellyfish that roam.

He waves hello to passing fish, Then curls up tight, his bedtime wish. He dances with dolphins, spins with eels, And feels how ocean starlight feels.

He changes colors, pink then blue, Like seafoam clouds the sunlight drew. He’s clever too, a puzzle pro, Who ties his snacks in knots just so.

So if you dive where bubbles play, And hear the sea sing soft one day, It might just be beneath the foam A little octopus, dancing home.
