I just want to say I didn’t intend the red/blue-ish purple lighting, I was just drawing in a weird lighting I guess, but I think it’s cool. It might have crappy quality, but idc, tell your father about it.

The Pitt, man. What an extraordinary first season of a TV show. The finale tonight was thisclose to perfection. And the .5% percent that wasn't, NPR's Linda Holmes skillfully addresses in her review:

Robby isn't perfect, of course, and he shouldn't be. But putting McKay through this guilt trip and pressuring her to face David's anger when Robby knows she isn't responsible for his predicament would be very cruel, and thus does not track with the Robby we know. It plays more like production plans changed, like something got cut or didn't get cut that resulted in some confusion, though that's entirely a guess. Even in a good show, there's likely to be something that doesn't work for whatever reason, and in The Pitt, it was this. (x)

Major kudos to all involved. Hope I can make it till next January and S2 without losing my mind.

i have this personal rule where i can’t make any decisions after 9 pm that could cause any big life events

but at the same time it takes me all day to ramp myself up into actually making any decisions so by 8:50 i’m finally ready to do stuff but then i take too long on the details and then it’s 9

so it’s kind of a shit rule but it has saved me a few times
