Interim Chief of Police for Louisville, KY, has declared a state of emergency for the local police department in anticipation of the Attorney General’s announcement in the case of Breonna Taylor expected this week.
It’s safe to assume that there will be no justice for Breonna Taylor. The police response is to prepare themselves to silence public dissent and declare an emergency before anything happens.
