Cycle 2 - Day 2
I’m fairly certain I just broke a sweat trying to eat lunch. It is just too much food. I cannot get it in my face. I am struggling. Last night at dinner I finished but definitely felt sick I was so full. I feel discouraged by this.
Today is also meal prep day. I feel discouraged by the fact there is 0 room in the ridiculously small refrigerator we have in singapore. I also feel discouraged by the amount of cooking I still have to do.
So, I made an action plan to break thru those feelings and I’ve made some progress. The eating part though I’m not sure what to do about. It’s just. Jesus help me. And I’m a terrible chef at figuring out tastes to combine when I can’t use mayonnaise. Blech.
