Years ago on a work trip to Boulder, I grabbed a few different beers to take back home and try. Had I known that within that collection would turn out to be what may be my favorite beer EVER and that it still wouldn’t be available in Kentucky, well...I would have gotten a whole lot more. I have squirrelled this away for a lot longer than you probably should, but it gives me comfort knowing there’s a few of them hiding in the dark of our pantry. And what better time than now to open up a little comfort. Thank you @odellbrewing for making such an amazing beer. When we get out of lockdown, it may be time for a re-stocking trip.
