Jasmine Rickey

Delightfully refreshing and beautifully fragrant, this Jasmine Rickey is even better when leisurely sipped in the garden on a sunny afternoon, and naturally, by the fragrant climber! Happy Friday!

Ingredients (serves 1):

4 ice cubes

 45 millilitres/1 ½ fluid ounce (3 tablespoons) Jasmine Syrup 

60 millilitres/2fluid ounce (4 tablespoons) London Dry Gin

chilled seltzer water, to top

Fill a highball or large glass with ice cubes. Pour in Jasmine Syrup and Gin. Top with chilled seltzer water.

Enjoy Jasmine Rickey immediately. Cheers!
