last nights ep is so special to me!!!

i don’t love how the whole owen/enzo plot played out, but omg!!

tk finally getting everything off his chest and talking to owen about his childhood! yes!!

the little moments w tarlos being best friends and teasing each other!! they’re so unserious & karaoke obsessed i love it.

nancy tommy storyline is so good i’m still sobbing it’s true.

judd!! my theory (i’ve seen a couple people also post about this): apparently judd and tk are supposed to have a scene together (i assume sometime in ep 10 or 11 bc ep 10 is when everything with judd is said to come to a head in an interview that was released) which makes me believe judd is indeed leaning on alcohol (shown in the latest ep). the little moments that i imagine are foreshadowing the 10th ep (tommy going over earlier in the season, there’s prob more i’m not thinking of) are gonna hurt so bad (a judd centric episode but at what cost!!!)

Henry Ian Cusick as Enzo! '9-1-1: Lone Star' First Look of T.K.'s Stepfather Meeting Carlos

'Landing Henry Ian Cusick to play Enzo was easily one of the greatest casting 'gets' in Lone Star history,' says showrunner Rashad Raisini.

“Landing Henry Ian Cusick to play Enzo was easily one of the greatest casting ‘gets’ in Lone Star history,” says showrunner Rashad Raisini. “His charm and soul make him the perfect step-father to T.K. And his star power and vicious comedic timing make him the perfect foil for Owen Strand. My only regret is that we don’t have more seasons to watch this incredible actor explore this game-changing character.”

Raisini pointed out to us that Enzo “kind of took Owen’s place in T.K.’s life after Owen sort of backed off as a dad because of 9/11. Enzo really did have a giant hand in raising T.K. and he fathered Jonah, T.K.’s little brother. So we wanted to, as we’re sort of looking at this series to wrap it up and talk about family, get back to who is T.K. going to be as a son and as a brother and also as a father going forward as this series comes to a close. Jonah, that little boy, and Enzo, his stepfather, seemed like the perfect characters that we could kind of tell that story through.”

He continued, “Also, it’s gonna force Owen to acknowledge, kind of going back to his past as T.K.’s father and the years that he was absent, that some damage was done to T.K. and that Enzo had a lot to say about what kind of person T.K. would become. So there’s a lot of reckoning about the past that’s gonna come through with his character. Also, he’s just a whole lot of fun.”

Carlos' face when TK says, "The feds seized the McLaren." He's being so pouty 😭 He wanted to drive it more! TK saying Owen "literally saved him" and that, "I love you very much." And yessss, Carlos was holding out cake for TK to eat!!! So many fantastic moments this episode!!
