“TK! Can you write happy birthday on six vanilla cupcakes and then put together six chocolate iced donuts?” TK must’ve shouted something back because the young man in front of her just sighed heavily and rolled his eyes. “Because you have better handwriting! And I need to ring her up! Thank you!” 

He practically skipped back over to her, a sheepish smile on his face. “Sorry, I run this place with my friend, TK. It can get a bit chaotic sometimes. I’ve been told we act like children.” Nancy just laughed. “It’s fine. I work with firefighters. They’re no better.”

In the end, there was only one small bakery that was actually open and not completely out of Nancy's way. It was a small quaint thing that only has two five star google reviews that may or may not have been real. Nancy couldn’t really tell but worst case scenario it's a front for the mafia and she can use it as an excuse for not getting anything for Tim. Probably. Maybe.
