After a year of hiatus in music, Gishun surprises his fans with yet another ballad song. Not only did he manage to bring back his old style with a fresh twist to it. He manages to bring Mellow's lovely lead vocalist Juniper in the scene. The two have apparently known each other for awhile since Gishun's mysterious leave from the music industry and through their twitter interactions, Juniper's Mellow agreed to do a song with the lovely balladeer.  This song written by the two were said to be both from their experiences. Listen to the Music Attached Underneath. ⟨✲⟩ Grueling schedules weren’t uncommon for 2K artists, and with the arrival of summertime came busy promotion activities for entertainers throughout the company—be it a comeback, new projects, or showing up to support fellow labelmates. For Juniper, it was a mixture of all of the above. Yet she still wanted to take some of her extra time and work with Chaeyeong, just as they’d discussed in casual conversation before.

The practice room was fortunately vacant, but everything else was going terribly wrong: an electrical short or some other technical problem kept interrupting the music and lighting, so much so that when Chaeyeong spoke, Juniper felt the exasperation deep in her bones. She was ready to call it quits for the night, too.

“Me too,” she murmured, collapsed in a heap on the hard floor already. “You know what? We should just get some ice cream instead. We tried.”

The company building was her home. She spent more time there than in her own studio apartment. Time to time, she could be working, actually doing stuff for her album or work with other people on different projects but then there were times when she would be just sitting in the studio, drawing on her notebook ( or drawing stick figures on the dance practice room's walls... ) while listening to music. Mainly, she was there because of the latter reason; like in that second when she was complaining to Juniper how tired she was of practicing the same moves over and over again. First, everything seemed to go well, her brain managed to catch the moves but the more time she spent in the practice room and how exhausted she was getting, the same moves seemed to get harder. Maybe resting would be a good idea? She would give time to her muscle memory to memorize the moves and next day, the choreography would look better. 

Sitting on the floor, legs spread open and water bottle between them, she took the snapback from her head, ruffled her hair and covered her head again with the hat. ❛Aaahhh, when diet says no to that.❜ Feigning disappointment on her face, she looked at the same age friend, her hand reaching for the water bottle to open it. Technically, she wasn’t on a diet, it was her own head saying she was supposed to lose weight after eating sugar the whole previous weekend. The struggle was real with the water bottle, though. It seemed like she was too weak to open it and after struggling with it for a few seconds, the idol gave up.

        ❛Okay, we're gonna ignore the diet and get some ice cream. And fresh air. And a juice box.❜ Cue her getting up from the floor and giving a gentle kick to the water bottle in frustration.

Earlier this month Gishun of Zodiac teases fans with his new collaboration song with Mellow's Juniper. ( @95vii ) The song They did ' Don't Wait For Your Love' received a lot of great feedback as it showcases a different side of the athletic soloist who lost his way in the music industry trying his best to come back after a full year of hiatus. It has been reported by his company that it’s been a six-month preparation since he's prepared this album that had originally fourteen tracks. However was soon narrowed down to eight tracks. It is a new side of the soloist as he showcases his range of vocals and more so his sentimental pieces since he vanished from the music industry. Under is the tracks Gishun had prepared for his fans LANTERNS.

Another day, another laughter with the elder. She always manages to make Gishun smile even though it's been awhile since they had talked. It was always good to see her. She disappeared and he did too. It was odd, but it made him think that maybe this time around they would get closer. He rubs the back of his nape as he smiles. 'So Juniper-- how was your trip to Seattle?' 

A smile so evident graced upon his lips as he tucked his hands into his jacket pocket, eyes not wavering away from her. 'It's has been awhile, hasn't it? You've been busy-- It's good to see you.'

Sleeping late was always his forte, even though he had an early schedule Gishun would manage to sleep late get up early, and repeat. It was his life as an idol, a former athlete. Its as if his body had mentally been programmed that way. He sighs, listening to the female quite concern for her mental being. It wasn't healthy, even he himself was guilty of doing the same. He puffs his cheeks before rubbing the back of his nape, in silence they sit before he breaks the silence as she spoke to him. Like a whisper he took it in, every detail she just spat with those lovely lips she embodies. 

'I know, it's none of my business but being your friend-- I am pretty sure it's a concern everyone has, you need sleep and considering you're suddenly looking all burnt out and your body--' He pauses, eyes scanning up and down at the female briefly. 'Juniper Noona, you know if you are able to speak your mind... I am always here to listen there's no doubt i'll be able to just be here for you like you are for me.' He extends his hand and pats her head. 'It's a concern I have with you having less sleep-- so keep that in mind please? I don't want you to get sick..'
