The Opening Ceremonies for Norwescon 38 will begin in one hour, at 7pm in Grand 2 and 3. Join us and our Guests of Honor as we officially kick off Norwescon 38! Later, indulge your aural impulses starting at 8pm in Evergreen 1 and 2 with 9k1, Death*Star, and Rai Kamishiro, or come to the Thursday night dance at 9pm in Grand 3 to dance the night away! Later still, our midnight movie in Cascade 13 is Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein (“Frahnk-ehn-STEEN!”)!
Cascadia’s Got Talent!
Cascadia's Got Talent!, our little nwcMUSIC talent-cum-gong show, has got itself mixed up in the masquerade, and is the halftime show this year! It'll be held between costume presentation and the award presentation. This year's presenter is the magnificent Shubzilla of the band 9K1, and as always includes our hilarious lineup of celebrity judges. Or, you know, "celebrity" judges.
