Here is proof that the top picture of Decal was taken during the 9UP concert on August 9, 1997. 

Picture #1: Chris S: Wearing a Clarke Nova T-shirt, Bob is wearing a polo and looks the same in the top photo. Chris C is wearing a Mission T-shirt, the same as in the top photo.

Picture #2: Steve F is wearing a black T-shirt with a logo like the one on the top photo. 

This proof was taken during the 9UP concert on 8-9-97. 

(EDIT): Steve Faine did NOT play at 9up; he was on tour with Hi-Five’s. It is actually Aaron’s last name unknown?’.

(EDIT#2): I’m a dumbass, it’s not Aaron it’s actually Jeff Jewhurst from The Clarke Nova. Apparently, he was a fill-in for Steve during this time. We still don’t know who he is...
