CONSISTENCY
You're my constant buddy,
My kind of end of the day man
My constant weekday out-of-the-ordinary person
You're my instant comfort whenever I needed one.
My encourager,
My listener,
My source of fun.
You became my consistency in this inconsistent world.
A friend that I could bare my whole self without being judged,
A companion that makes me feel I belong,
A person I want to keep.
But I wouldn't...
I wouldn't because I couldn't,
Because every time you left me behind, it makes me feel abandoned,
Your presence makes me want to just let go,
And your existence make me realized that consistency is not always good.
It makes me desire to run away from you,
To asked for a replacement,
To cut our ties,
And to consistently remind myself to forget you over and over again.
I'm sorry, but this time, received my constant goodbyes...
