Holy shit!

I just reaized that The Seven & Fantasy High Junior Year happen concurrently.

Brennan says that it’s the beginning of Zelda’s junior year, and she’s in the same grade as The Bad Kids.

The implications of that… are just throwing me for a loop.

Idk how much time passes during the Seven campaign, but them returning at any point in FHJY timeline is hilarious.

Thayazi closed the doors to Faerie.

That’s my big theory. I think he found out how his (rich, aristocrat) wife’s family held/guarded the gateways, and Thayzi figured out a way to get that power. And then he knowingly closed Thimble, his best friend who trusted him implicitly, off from her home forever in the process. (Unless the gang, or one of the three subsets of the new group of protagonists) find a way to open those doors to Faerie again. And Julian, Matt’s character, either knows this, suspects this, or knows just enough to haaaaate Thayzi for it. Plus a betrayal of that magnitude once uncovered would SHATTER the good, kind, strong friendly character Thayzi is in the hearts of his friends and loved ones. And if my theory’s right? Thimble’s heart will break. Again. (Oh and I’m sure Thayzi would have justified the closing to himself (ends justifying the means, etc) but also made very sure to never tell anyone about it.

The Shattered Teeth islands never stop moving, huh?

Sounds an awful lot like an ever-shifting pattern.

Like petals blowing away from a tree.

As in the Tree of Names.

Which, come to think of it, was destroyed at almost exactly (give or take several gripping hours of game-play and heartbreaking ends to The Brass Ring and Avalir) the same time as the Shattered Teeth Islands were created.

But it'd be CRAAAAAAAAZY to have MOVING ISLANDS STILL BE SPELLING OUT NAMES TO KEEP OUT THINGS that are/were/have since been banished out of Exandria, (like, perchance, the essences of two very scattered but if still somehow existing, prob still real pissed Titans?!!)

It'd be SUPER CRAZY.
