I met Simon when we both worked at Ogilvy and I sensed a kindred spirit. He was enthusiastic, magnanimous, intelligent, energetic, humble and generous. We had spirited conversations in my tiny, windowless office. And he probably doesn't remember me, but looking back now, I see that he was incubating.
