What are some telltale signs that you're about to be very sick?

For me, I wake up one morning super parched, my throat is killing me, it feels like I'm swallowing sandpaper, and I have zero energy from that point on. That always ALWAYS means I'm going to be deathly ill the next day, without fail

This will be the third time this year I've gotten sick, and I don't know why. I've been wearing my mask, I sanitize my hands religiously, I'm vaccinated, it makes no sense
