Instead of the vindictive, spluttering reaction he’d expected of him, the detective merely crawled closer, sapphire eyes fixated on Kaito's face. The thief blinked curiously at him.
“Meitantei, what-”
“Can you go further than that?” Shinichi murmured, voice rough with something Kaito’s brain was too fuzzy to put a proper name to. Fascination, perhaps?
“W-well, yeah…”
“Show me.”
There was an intensity to his words that sent tingles down the magician's spine. He shivered faintly, subconsciously shifting his weight as he struggled to maintain his balance. With Shinichi's sharp eyes focused on him, he was embarrassed to reveal just how much he was enjoying the attention. Stubbornly burying his own reaction, Kaito licked his lips and carefully responded in KID’s cheeky, sultry tone.
“Oh~? Is this turning you on, detective?” He smirked up at him from the floor, bending his knees so that his hips moved even closer. “Who knew the savior of the Tokyo Metropolitan police force was such a pervert?”

Going back to the Kudo polycule, how does the twin react that Akai is now part of their family? How does Jinpei react that he has a new in-law? How does Rei react when he find out that Akai is part of Jinpei's family?? Lol
Shinichi is already pretty annoyed, cause first he took his little brother, and now he's taking his parents. Kaito is pretty whatever about it, what his parents do don't really effect him.
Jinpei actually hasn't met him at all yet, and Rei definitely knows and definitely finds it annoying

She's been around the whole time! The fake cover I drew was supposed to take place during Part 1, I would say around a few months/a year after Shinichi was first shrunk.
Her case/appearance will come in the next cycle, and it'll be one of the few fics I write that wasn't requested (like how Sun Halo was)
