Well, Disbelief Papyrus is kinda a thing like "What if Sans had gotten killed in Snowdin instead of Paps"? Then you meet Papyrus in the "Bad Time Room" instead of him, and you fight him instead. Not too sure if it's considered an AU, actually. I kinda feel like it's just still in the original universe, but one different thing happens. Feel free to interpret it as you wish, tho!

Okay, thank you for explaining! Yeah though, as far as uhh... That goes, we’re considering that an AU. In any case, this won’t be canon to TT, I’m sorry! Considering that this follows the storyline of a genocide run and TT is strictly pacifist as far as our story goes, it doesn’t quite work!

Could you do a T fic of a papyrus X reader, where Papyrus finds the reader passed out and brings them to papyrus' house, when the kid wakes up they freak out so papyrus has to tickle them to call the down? Sort my punctuation isn't good.

Yep! As we stated awhile back, the old one was scrapped. Slime has a copy of the new design (Tick), but this fic also describes him well! We will go more in-depth to his story and everything, but, for now...

Can you guys describe a trap/puzzle constructed by Tickletale!Papyrus?

So, it’s either basically this, or, as Slime more delicately writes;

so in tt, the traps are gonna obviously be a bit more sinful, yeah? so like, let’s elaborate on a Snowdin trap- specifically, the electric maze trap!The electric maze trap obviously doesn’t electrocute painfully, and provides more a sense of electricity skittering over the surface of one’s skin, though when Papyrus first  activated it, it actually didn’t do much, given that you can’t really zap bones- not to say he didn’t have a giggle fit, though.the rest is pretty much the same; papyrus leaves a trail, frisk follows it, end trap. pretty simple stuff.
