I was able to obtain my first clayfellow from @sleepnoises and I’m over the moon!

I’ve named him Egg (short for Eggnog) and here he is with his arachnid brothers, Guillermo and Lobo. 

I was also inspired to try ceramics for the first time since middle school, so here’s his big brother Leopold.

Egg will oscillate between perching on my bug shelf, nestling on my desk, and possibly migrating to the kitchen to help make coquito and pasteles for the holidays!

so, in the past two days i’ve met the bane of my existence @grapejuiceblues (who insisted 27C weather was ‘cold’), queued for 10 hours, watched harry from almost first row (solidified how whipped i am), watch him wear a cherry shirt and not touch the song like the aquarius he is, somehow roped @ewan-mcgregor into meeting me, (asked her if anakin skywalker was darth vader irl) bought her tons of harry merch she requested :) got to go to a bar with 900 cocktail options and see The Obi-Wan Shrine in person, got to play with a lightsaber and engage in some very serious, thought provoking conversation (concluded ewan mcgregor’s hot);  drank my weight in rosé and consumed 67 baguettes, and finally took my train back to see thor: love and thunder’s night screening and oh my god.

Sorry, not sorry for all the Rupphire posts!

To be fair they're all tagged as "SU Spoilers", and honestly this is a historic time! I never thought I'd ever get to see a Lesbian kiss on a "children's show" (though we all know that SU is for fans of any age), and a sincere and romantic one at that. It wasn't a kiss played for laughs, but one between two female-identifying characters who love each other.

  A lot of children's shows these days are featuring same sex relationships, which is a huge milestone, but this is the first kiss ON THE LIPS between lesbian cartoon characters! And Ruby wearing a wedding dress and Sapphire looking sharp in her suit is pretty much a middle finger to the other countries that air the show that try to pass them off as straight.

  I have loved this show since the pilot, and have always gotten so much joy from it. Reunited was no exception, but rather, more than I ever thought I'd get. I have so much respect for Rebecca Sugar and the Crewniverse and support them with whatever they do next for SU!

  Basically, thank you for your bravery in showing that gay characters are for all ages, and that those characters deserve happiness! We are made of love!

I’m sitting hunched on the floor, my leg is asleep, and I really want to get some water, but they’re attached to me like moss so I guess the floor is my home now. Also blasting Janelle’s Age of Pleasure to drown out the damn firework sounds.

Civil War Vacation

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH. So I am maybe flying to Hong Kong in a few hours to see Civil War. I am maybe freaking out. I won’t be back until Monday, but I promise to tag all my spoilers so you can protect yourself upon my return.
