we don’t know specifically, but I find it difficult to imagine a scenario in which Froy has independently taken a trip to the UK during a worldwide pandemic with increasing restrictions on travel without his British/Scottish boyfriend!
one other thing I thought of today - it was just about three weeks ago when Richard and his family members unfollowed Brandon on insta and there was a big whatever over that in the fandom (among the few people talking about this.) I wonder if that was the time they started planning to take the trip, and talked to his parents. maybe they decided if he’s bringing Froy to the UK it’s serious and they should give him the courtesy. just a theory!
Has anyone of the people who visit you guys tried to throw a paradox at you? Stuff Like "What I'm saying is a lie". How did you respond to it? If at all?
Ugh, unfortunately, yes. The local college has a robotics department, and there’ll regularly be a few students who think they’re the only one’s who’ve had the bright idea of trying to break us with their incredible grasp of the fact that early on, androids didn’t react well to paradoxes. You’d think they’d realise that it’s been quite a few years since then, and if we couldn’t handle paradoxes then we probably wouldn’t do very well at this club. Like, seriously, most of our job is just talking to people and reading poetry– you think if we blew up every time someone used a metaphor or something else we weren’t supposed to take literally that we’d still be here? Anyway, usually they’ll throw us a paradox, look smug for a few seconds before they realise nothing’s happening, and then the staff will throw them out because they technically just tried to destroy the club’s property. Morons. ((Sorry it took so long to update– work’s been hellish. Hopefully I’ll have a bit more time to draw now, though))

Haha oh I forgot that he used to do that all the time! So obviously that becomes less common in later seasons. I think that it is a deflection method mostly, but I also think that he just really likes it when the MC stands up to him and speaks her mind.

1. favourite place in your country?
Oh wow this is too difficult! i love many many places, I love the state of Oaxaca, the beaches on the mayan riviera, i love/hate Mexico City, but above all, while in Mexico, I love being in a good local restaurant :D
7. three words from your native language that you like the most?
I spent an inordinate amount of time thinking this, and I don’t know lol. Maybe one would be sobremesa, which is the time you spend still sitting at the table, after eating, literally just talking and is awesome. Another ojalá, sort of means “hopefully” but not really, I think it literally means “God willing” so it’s more of a less dramatic “hopefully”. And I don’t know, maybe ahorita cause i never noticed that we Mexicans put zero meaning behind it lol. For most spanish speakers it means “right now” while to Mexicans it means, maybe now, in 5 minutes, next month, basically I’ll probably forget about this.
27. favourite national celebrity?
I have zero clue of who is famous in Mexico these days. Can’t think of anyone I could like. Maaaaybe Luis Miguel, just based on the fact that I would never refuse tickets to his concerts, and most probably actively buy one myself
