@oasis-j I WANT THEM TO BE HAPPY VERY VERY VERY BADLY but my problem was that if emmet (he's the one who DIDN'T get sent back in time) was in PLZA i would have had a lot of problems with like, there being an explicit plot point within that game for him trying to get ingo back. if that makes sense?
i feel like there would have been no good or fitting way to get it to work, because there's nothing really in the city in which the game is taking place that i imagine could help him out, and pokemon cutscenes tend to be very stiff so i feel like any reunion scenario that would happen canonically would be very underwhelming to me
if this dialogue leak is real and there is just an offhanded mention that he got to return home (even if the alleged leaked line itself is really silly sounding and feels overwhelmingly like placeholder dialogue) (which it might be i guess, i don't know) that is the best case scenario for me. because i can continue making up the How and the Everything-In-Between but my soul can be eased knowing that he does get to go home in the end and that the intention was not to leave him in hisui forever
