Their history is largely unknown, other than that they signed on some time in 20██. They are tasked with handling information technology and all things related. They have at least one consistent support staff, who is rarely seen online or in person.
One of the more notable things about them is that they constantly use slang and emoticons from Twitch. They also seem to be fairly jocular, as most of their interactions involve a lot of ribbing.
They are rumored to have a questionable browsing history, though any evidence of this is likely wiped immediately. It is possible that they started these rumors themself, or that another member of Command did.
They ran a blog that is now defunct.
