well, my dear anon, you're not alone-- but i guess i'll take you on a little trip down memory lane on how i started shipping the leaders.
they're both really childish but in that really cute way? he's 4, she's 3.
they're both really good with children (papaguk and rongmama ;^;)
both of them are advocates for serious issues -- yongguk is dedicated to charities that help children in third-world countries, sponsors a child and he's really about bettering the world; chorong is avid about animals, is against animal cruelty and i do know that she's been to animal shelters. she's been raising a chihuahua since last year.
chorong likes hiphop, yongguk likes jazz. put the two genres together and you get jazzhop, aka my favourite music genre.
okay other than my personal preference, yongguk's been in the (underground) hiphop scene. remember jepp blackman?
those seem really lame, but i ship yongguk/chorong so so so so much, like, i've even made up my own au in which they're married and have three kids (two sons and a daughter) and it's just the cutest family ever, really. these two are really cut out for family life and if they ever got together (which they probably won't, and i understand that!) and had children, then they'd raise their children pretty darn well. there's also their relationships with their maknae lines, which i adore a loooooot, because leaders and babies/maknaes!!!! ugh i suck at getting my feelings across, i'm sorry. i hope that's enough of an insight for you though, anonnie. ;u;

i've spoken about himji before (here) and i also put down himji as the reverse modern parents in which eunji is the dad and himchan's the mum~ i also did a little venturing into b.a.p's "ideals" (after hearing daehyun likes quiet girls) and i ended up finding a page with b.a.p's ideals in a girl and read himchan's. his said:

eunji is a very kind looking girl and people have said that she puts people at ease because she smiles very often. and if you ask anyone who doesn't know much about eunji, they'd say that she looks very cute and they'd associate her with innocence.

eunji's fashion style is my favourite (alongside chorong's) and is almost like himchan's. where himchan wears labels and seems to have a really good taste in fashion, eunji wears things that are far from girly (she's admitted she's got tomboyish tendencies) and she seems to dress comfortably -- the thing they have in common is that they're both still stylish. i think that if himchan buys clothes, eunji is probably gonna be made to wear them.

eunji is very empathetic and feels for anyone who's going through a tough time. if it was himchan, she'd be there for him every step of the way. she's the type of girl who is there for you throughout thick and thin.

i talked about daemi before (briefly), and i said this to another anon:
it’s like dumb and dumber over there, but it’s nonetheless adorable? i don’t know how to put it, but bomi is prone to react really easily and i think i did say she’s rather ditzy (but still cute) and daehyun gets a really huge kick out of this because he’s a little shit.
and we also cannot forget that this happened too. daemi are my pair who are most likely to be found wherever food is and would spend their time fighting over who should eat the last piece of kimbap on the plate. i think that food is probably the reason why i favour this pairing.
youngjae/eunji is an adorable pair and they're a nice visual, i'll admit that. i wouldn't say i'd ship it as hard as i ship yongguk/chorong, hayoung/jongup, himchan/eunji, etc. etc. but i wouldn't mind it? youngjae could well become a friend of eunji's, if the groups got to get to know each other a little better. ;;

i ship daeji in a brotp kind of way! (sorry daeji shippers, i still love y’all~) to me, daeji are my busanjung twins. they’re basically a mirror of each other:

i also remember saying this about daeji:

yookyung is a woman of elegance and poise and i felt that youngjae could fit that image and live up to it because he does pull off the classy look quite well, since i know for a fact that youngjae prefers for a woman to dress conservatively (aka not wearing things that are too short or revealing) and yookyung doesn’t go over the top with how she dresses. in my head, they’d start off as study buddies paired up for a class project (because i imagine them in college au a lot) or friends who are unsuspecting and think they’re just friends, but that’s usually a good way for ~*something~* to brew. youngjae’s apparently studying business at uni and this gets a huuuuuge tick from yookyung’s dad, who’s a ceo himself. uh, what else— oh yeah, he’d be someone good for her, no matter what their relationship is, since he usually has a calm head and he’s not one to lose his shit — yookyung isn’t either, but there are times where she will get stressed and youngjae seems like the guy she’d lean on if she felt burdened. and if youngjae’s in the mood for a sweet treat, he’d basically take whatever’s in yookyung’s fridge or ask her to make something for him, since she’s always baking and baker yookyung is a thing with me. or he’d just kiss her too, since her lips are sweet. -u-

exactly, that’s my mindset on daemi~ bomi would need someone around her age who would follow along with her idiotic antics and daehyun would probably do it because bomi’s always doing something with food involved somewhere along the line and they both have their own humour about each other.
