Hey I'm sorry to bother you but I saw your post about feeling self harm urges again and wanted to maybe offer a suggestion. Maybe you could try holding icecubes to where you used to cut? The cold will burn and might be painful but it wont leave marks or any permanent damage. Sorry if I'm being intrusive I just wanted to try and help.

nonono you’re not being intrusive at all babe do not worry. ive been thinking about trying the ice cube thing but i dont really have a way to get downstairs to the fridge without my mom waking up which is a bit of a problem unu;;; thank you so much for the suggestion though it means a lot to me ♡♡♡
