Who would like to be a member of the A-Frame Owner's Club? This is a condo community of 2021 A-Frame condos in Winter Park, CO that have 1bd, 1ba, 595sqft, $649k (Zillow's est. $637,300) + $650/mo HOA. And, they come fully furnished. Each one is different. If you want to rent it out short-term, there's a mgt. agent to take care of that for you.

There is a lounge with a restaurant and bar.

So, you can hang out here.

Too bad it doesn't have a full kitchen, b/c you can stay all year round.

Skiing in the winter.

As well as summer activities.

I don't know that there's too much privacy.
