Who would like to be a member of the A-Frame Owner's Club? This is a condo community of 2021 A-Frame condos in Winter Park, CO that have 1bd, 1ba, 595sqft, $649k (Zillow's est. $637,300) + $650/mo HOA. And, they come fully furnished. Each one is different. If you want to rent it out short-term, there's a mgt. agent to take care of that for you.
This end unit is nice.
The layout of the complex.
In this unit, you see the other homes.
I'm thinking that the floors are waterproof. Where is the HOA w/snow removal?
Table for two near the fireplace.
There's a kitchenette.
A place to keep robes for the Japanese hot tub.
Another style to choose from.
This one also has the table for two.
Stairs in each unit lead up to the single bedroom. There's also a tub up here.
This is nice.
The single baths have a shower and some have tile around the toilet and sink.
Outdoor communal hot tubs.
The large group sauna has a cold water plunge tub in the floor.
There is a lounge with a restaurant and bar.
So, you can hang out here.
Too bad it doesn't have a full kitchen, b/c you can stay all year round.
Lars Finberg (Los Angeles, California) recorded “Tinnitus Tonight” in Sacramento. Getting up to the Capital City helped give him distance from his more regular work in The Intelligence.
However, Finberg’s music career has also included stints in A-Frames, Thee Oh Sees, and Puberty. Ty Segall produced his previous solo work, and Finberg has regularly enlisted the help of Mikal Cronin when on tour. “Tinnitus Tonight” represents a true sum of its parts. There’s pop, post-punk and punk.
This is released by Sacramento-based label Mt. St. Mtn. I picked up the album at Kicksville Vinyl & Vintage.
This is actually a good deal- 2 A-frames (pyramids) for the price of one, and they're under $300k. The homes are surprisingly roomy inside and need a little clean-up and some work, but I think it's a bargain. 14 bedrooms(!), 6 baths, 4,280 sq ft + 10.32 acres of land, $279,900.
There's a deck going around the house, plus the 2 decorative cement balls. This could look cool w/some landscaping.
That green stove! The cabinets are sturdy and the sink is in the permanent island. The kitchen is surprisingly large.
And, look at the size of the pantry.
They're in the process of packing up, but this is a cute little wood stove in the living room.
There's a small half bath on the 1st level.
A small ladder going up to another bedroom.
There's a built-in bed and some cabinets, but it needs some work.
Bath with a double sink.
This unfinished room looks like it could be a closet.
It's listed as a single family house, but this large, multi-level deck joins the 2 structures, and there's also a canopy connecting them.
It's a little confusing, b/c several of the 14 bedrooms are in this building. They must be for guests. Looks like it may have been some sort of a camp or retreat at one time, b/c there's a cross on one of the buildings,
But, these rooms actually look occupied.
There's the cross.
This dorm style building has a kitchenette.
The bedrooms in the A-frames look pretty big and they don't have slanted walls.
The photos are all jumbled and at terrible angles, but this is the 2nd house. You can see that it has a large kitchen area and living room combo.
The kitchen has a cute vintage stove.
I would say that each A-frame has at least 2 bedrooms.
With over 10 acres of land, there's lots of potential.
Why is this home so cheap? It's an A-Frame in Manson, IA, 2bds, 4ba, 2,299 sq ft, $139,900. I think that it may be b/c it needs a lot of work. It's kind of rough inside. Take a look at it, it's an interesting home.
The home is very large, and a bit funky. The living room has a kitchen tucked into the corner.
These outdated cabinets seem a little odd- they look like they're floating in air- and they've been painted in shades of blue. A fireplace caps off the kitchen cabinets.
It's a very angular space.
Down this hall to the left, there's a laundry room/bath.
Interesting. Original harvest gold fixtures.
I'm guessing that this is a very small bedroom.
The bedrooms get weirder. This one has a built-in desk and stairs. Not sure where they go.
Then, there's this bedroom. Maybe the mattress was on the platform b/c the carpet on the stairs is worn clean thru.
I'm so confused by this house.
Looks like a closet for this room, so maybe it's the primary bedroom.
And, it also opens to this sort of sun room.
This is interesting. Is it a bar? Sliders open to a small knotty pine room.
Then, here we have a catwalk.
Another bedroom.
It's safe to say that this room has an ensuite.
The lower level is very large and has a kitchenette in the corner.
The rec room also features a stone wall and a half bath. There's a dampness problem down here- note the hose leading from the dehumidifier.
Cellar next to the garage.
Nice deck with built-in seating.
There's a barn in the backyard. The lot is .40 acre.
OMG, I love the little pink A-Frame so much! And, it's so cute and colorful inside, but so tiny. Built in 1972 in Cleveland, GA. 1bd, 1ba, $215,750. It comes totally furnished, BTW.
Look at the beams and the purple door. I don't like the bed there, though.
Pretty kitchen counter.
Love the turquoise kitchen. I would have to get a small stove or oven.
It has a small cooktop and a dishwasher.
This is so nice- look at the shelving under the stairs.
Cute corner.
Bath is so colorful. Too bad there's no place for a washer/dryer.
So cute and colorful.
Small desk in the corner. Hmm... the w/d unit could go in there, one of the single unit ones. Is that the only storage?
They have a futon in the loft and a regular bed downstairs. Where are their clothes, though?
Beautiful deck.
So, you enter from the back.
And, there's a small yard. The lot is .69 acres, so you could probably expand a little if you want to.
There's the house number on the post, so I guess this is a road back here.
