Trans!lock headcanon
Mycroft was the first person Sherlock came out to when he first figured it out, and from that moment on, Mycroft's been his biggest supporter: bought his first binder (tailored to fit Sherlock perfectly ofc), started him on T, got his top surgery and/or bottom surgery in line, and immediately switched pronouns without a second thought.
I also like to think that if someone harassed Sherlock regarding being trans (for long periods of time that became detrimental to Sherlock's mental health b/c lets be honest, he lets insults and stuff roll off him like water on a duck) Mycroft would simply make them disappear.
Sherlock knows about this, and he's very thankful.
