“Once, before we moved to Chicago I was cleaning up in our old church’s attic. One of the boys there—John, I think his name was—he found this box of, erm, dirty magazines,” he laughs, though really it’s more of a giggle. 

“I took one home- - I don’t even know why, I just hit it in the back of my closet for awhile. I was too scared to even look at it.” though… why he was too scared, he won’t go into.

BLOOD. -What types of injuries has your muse sustained? What was the worst? 

adam was quite the roughhouser as a boy. call it compensation — he always knew he wasn’t quite as tough as all the other boys, so he did what every logical person would do: get into twice as many fights. this mostly ended after the move to chicago, but there was one particular incident in high school that left his arm broken in two places. 

he hasn’t thrown a punch since that day and he is very embarrassed to tell that story.

PRIDE. -What is your muses biggest flaw? 

at heart, he is a coward. but not in the typical way — he’s stood up to the o’sheas for christ’s sake. what adam is afraid of is himself. it’s been ten years since he truly started to feel that nagging sense of doubt, but the idea of sitting down and truly thinking about what he feels beyond surface level impulses is just far too terrifying.

FEAR. -What are your muses biggest fears? || felix 

felix’s worst nightmare is more like a memory. when he was eighteen and on spring break ( his first spring break as a grown up college student ), he found himself sitting between the dead bodies of his mother and father with only a faceless stranger to blame. it was supposed to be a run of the mill break-in. 

FEAR. -What are your muses biggest fears? || johnny 

call it cliché, but above all else johnny fears that way that he can literally feel himself grow older as each day passes. no longer is he that sixteen year old cowboy — he’s an old man now, who has to buy expensive cars to compensate with how useless he’s growing to be.

FEAR. -What are your muses biggest fears? || adam 

when one lives in complete and total secrecy, the fear of one wrong person finding out is nearly all consuming. forget trusting anyone — and absolutely forget ever feeling truly at ease with those few you were stupid enough to believe would never tell. 

FEAR. -What are your muses biggest fears? || andy 

like all college students, andy is absolutely terrified at the thought of failure. however, in the latest of late nights, something even less pleasant creeps its way into the back of her mind and causes her a type of anxiety that she can’t describe. it’s the knowledge that no matter what, no matter how hard she tries, she will always be that completely forgettable girl from college that you met at a party once. that girl that tried too hard to be edgy. that girl that told you all of those stories about how she got high this time and that. what’s worse? she doesn’t do a damn thing about it.
