Scarlet Koito still is an exchange student from Naranja Academy or it was retconned? I got this from her fist appearance as "helmet", it had stripes, as Naranja Uniform, but in the online version it is solid, like Uva's.
Also looking for the old pages, she already got the solid colour shorts in the pages for the second chapter, so there the retcon already got placed or she changed for the Uva academy uniform?

Huh, Scarlet was introduced as a transfer student but Naranja was never explicitly named. Later we find out Scarlet faked her transcripts and she admits to someone she didn't have funds to get into Uva (legitimately). She probably never was a Naranja student to begin with.
Either Kusaka changed his mind on a few details or he didn't convey things clearly enough to Yamamoto. Either way, eh, Yamamoto did say on his twitter the online versions aren't the complete ones and everything should be finalized for the published volumes.
