i'm on a trip with my family and they keep making me eat and it's always fast food places 😓😔 i feel so gross ugh

After months of binging and gaining I gen look like Fat Monica from Friends and need to lock in, I'm going on a road trip in 4 WEEKS with my parents best mates whose eldest daughter just so happens to be my best mate, and the skinniest, most petite, person I know, to say I'm jealous isn't close.

Motivation would be lovely if anyone sees this xx
