. . Clearly the main illness of the #Studer #A807 (especially the MKIs, since they're older than the MKIIs)... . . . Restaurera, restaurera pas ? telle est la question... . Je n'ai encore jamais touché à mon propre A807MKII (avec panneau de commandes à VU-mètres) depuis que je l'avais acheté en 2010... Ttop de travail ! 😪 . Et il est là, à côté de moi dans l'atelier, posé par terre, continuant de prendre lentement mais sûrement la poussière 😥et attendant désespérément d'être entièrement restauré pour pouvoir être enfin installé dans sa console d'origine (avec bandeau de haut-parleurs d'écoute en stéréo + VU-mètres), avec sa carte Mono/Stereo Switch + Test Generator... et être enfin remis en service ! . Pauvre petite bête... 😔 Vais-je donc me laisser prendre par la tentation de commencer enfin cette restauration ? My new, just-bought Parallel Remote controller for my own A807 after a whole clean-up... and replacement of ALL the keyswitches and their housings, as the originals were ALL partially (30 to 70%) melted... yeah, MELTED!!!! 😱😱😱 The eBay seller didn't notify that in his ad, so I guess that deserves some kind if discount, doesn't it?! 😡 (not to mention that the left-hand blank panel is CLEARLY NOT a genuine Studer part... 😔 ) .
