do you ever get worried about bts becoming so popular? like, of course im happy they're getting the recognition they deserve, but at the same time i don't want the shitty u.s. mainstream media anywhere near them, and i don't want other people to use them. i just want them to be happy and safe and always themselves, and sometimes im afraid their popularity is going to ruin them..
Hi Anon, I both agree and disagree about this. I agree that fame can be scary because getting bigger and bigger means there are more people looking at BTS globally. That means there are also more assholes out there who want to bring them down. But at the same time I feel so proud of them and happy for them for getting to this point in their career and if I had to choose I’d want for them to achieve more success and that also means becoming more popular. As for the U.S. mainstream media, honestly I don’t keep up with it much myself but I’m putting my trust in bangtan that they won’t let it corrupt them because they’re just that strong as a group and as individuals. They’ve been through a lot of shitty things and they’ve come out of it stronger and better. And also what Namjoon, JImin and Hoseok said in this interview when they were asked about more people trying to bring them down the bigger they get, I think they can handle themselves. And they have each other, their families, and bighit there for support as well as the fans. I’m sure their happiness and safety are important to alot of people (including me) so we just gotta do what we can to contribute to that (it can be in any capacity really, it doesn’t have to be this grand gesture, even just watching their music video is already supporting them). ^_^ I hope your worries are alleviated even just a little because even after becoming world stars, I see bangtan as still this group of guys doing what they love together and making a lot of people happy.

By now, you’ve definitely heard about CBD and all of its potential benefits. It’s nearly impossible to ignore the hype that is circulating around CBD currently. But, if you're cautious of what you put in your body, you may have some serious questions before you’re willing to try it for yourself. We don’t blame you! It’s important to understand how CBD affects your body, and depending on which method you prefer, the answer can be different. To learn more about CBD and the effects it has on your body, continue reading. Factors of the effects of CBD A few key factors that play a role in how long CBD last in your body include the following: Metabolism: A person’s metabolism determines how fast CBD is metabolized and excreted from the body. Additionally, depending on whether you take CBD on a full or empty stomach, the effects may differ. Frequency: The more you take CBD the more likely that some will remain in your body for longer amounts of time. Dosage: Depending on how much CBD you take, the amount of time the CBD remains in your system can fluctuate. Method: Depending on which method you use to consume CBD, you may feel the effects quicker or slower. Oral CBD Consuming CBD through ingestion is one of the most common methods. Many people enjoy consuming CBD through oils or tinctures because they are convenient and quick. All you have to do is add a few drops of the product under your tongue, hold for 30-60 seconds, then swallow. However, those that choose to use CBD through ingestion you should note that it might take longer than you expect to begin working. When you swallow CBD oil, it prevents the CBD from entering your bloodstream right away. Instead, it first travels through the digestive tract, then the liver, where it is broken down before reaching its final destination -- your bloodstream. Keep in mind, when consuming CBD through ingestion or CBD-infused edibles, the CBD has to go through the entire digestive process, and therefore, the total CBD concentration that ends up in your bloodstream is significantly less than what you initially consume. If you are looking for a CBD ingestible product that absorbs quickly, look for one that has a water-soluble base such as A88CBD™ Tincture or Capsules, as they are known to have rapid onset and digest within 10 minutes, as opposed to one to two hours of traditional CBD oils! Topical CBD You can find topical CBD in numerous beauty and wellness products. This method of CBD is also popular because it is simple and easy to use. It can be directly applied to the skin in the area of concern. Once applied, it is absorbed through the surface of the skin and begins to interact with cannabinoid receptors. In some cases, topical CBD products should be applied liberally, as this method has a significantly lower cannabinoid absorption rate. If you are interested in topical CBD products, A88CBD™ carries a wide range of topical products including body lotion, lip balm, hand + foot cream, essential oil, bath salts, and muscle salve!

The best part of summer is debatably fresh, nutrient-packed salads. And what better way to get an additional dose of wellness than by adding CBD oil into the mix. After a long day, relaxing outside with a delicious salad full of in-season ingredients is the perfect way to wind down. Plus, adding some CBD oil to your salad is an easy way to help destress.
Here’s what you need:
1 cup of fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Here’s how to make it:
First, wash all of the fresh strawberries until clean
Then, add all of the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender until completely smooth
Prepare a salad by combining crisp romaine, fresh sliced strawberries, diced red onion, and goat cheese (or substitute for dairy-free cheese!) in a bowl
After preparing the salad, drizzle with the CBD salad dressing
