Midoriya lifts his hand up and gets it in position to flick but this time no air pressure comes, instead a black wisp in the shape of a whip shoots towards the center of the ice breaking it to splinters.
Todoroki doesn't dare move, neither does Midoriya who just shares in shock at his arm and the black whisp coming from it.
"WOW! WHAT'S THAT! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, HAVE WE JUST WITNESSED THE FIRST CASE OF SOMEBODY DEVELOPING A SECOND QUIRK!" Present mic yells through the microphone from the commentary booth.
Midoriya winces at loud noise and the quirk goes wild.
