The whole “AO3 curse” thing cracks me up because people talk about it like it’s some magical force that ruins your life the second you post a fic. But here’s the deal—it’s kinda real, just not in a supernatural way.

AO3 isn’t cursed, the writers are just human. Most of us write when life’s kinda falling apart, and our author’s notes end up being emotional diaries.
