with milo i think it depends on how its pronounced. like if its pronounced my-lo then i think he would get annoyed but if its pronounced mee-lo he'd be fine with it

cami uhhhh. omg camisa. hes a shirt now. 10/10 i'd need to think more about how he would react to that. im not sure he would like it cause cami to me sounds more like a fem nickname if you get what i mean

i think he would think caramelo is funny but also would be confused as to why some random person is calling him that. maybe also a little bit weirded out

Band Directors Are Great

I have never had a band director who hasn't supported the trans people in the band or has deadnamed them without apologizing and correcting to the proper name

Recently I asked my band director if I could get fitted for a tux instead of a dress and he said yeah

The lady picked a dress out of the pile for me to try on though, and I was like, "No no, I'm getting a tux, that's why I came in with the guys."

And she was like "Oh! Well that's what I grt for assuming, heh"

And it all went so smoothly, nobody asked any questions or anything

So now,, I get,,, *sob s* tuxedo, babey
