Watanabe was on her yearly hero internship, and she was tasked with helping the hero she interned under patrol the area. Of course, she was dressed in her hero costume to boot so more people willingly moved out of the way when she started booking it after the criminal. She was just glad most of her hair, save for her bangs and two locks framing her face, was held in a ponytail-- it certainly helped when she needed to see through the purple visor, with white frames, held in front of her eyes. 

However, a con of being dressed as a hero was that any doofus with half a brain knew that she was probably a hero so when she was spotted-- in her white sleeveless turtle neck jumpsuit, purple gloves with small guns on them, purple utility belt with canisters full of purple energy, as well as white boots with purple knees and swirled heels-- they knew instantly to avoid her. 

“ I guess it’s the hard way... “ Watanabe murmured to herself before she pushed herself further, chasing the villain into a longer and deserted alleyway. She raised her arm, concentrating into forming a small, specific kind of energy that come to be in a shape of a small dart. She quickly activated the targeting system in her visor, selecting the criminal who just refused to quit and think about how much harder he’s making this for himself. As much as she could while running, she aimed with the aid of her visor, with her small psionic shot at the ready. She was no doubt going to hit this guy. 

“ Tranqu-- !! “

That is, if it weren’t for her literally running into someone when both of them came out the other end of the alley.

i read ur brooklyn 99 post and bc of it i started watching the show and it's the best thing i've ever done. i love this show so so damn much, gina linetti is my queen. like the characters are so so well written
