since i’ve been working on this fic for so long, i’m always worried (paranoid? ...nah) that my writing style changed too much over the months, or chapters and their thousands of words of old man introspection would be monotonous on a single read through, or dozens of other fears. and... i’m just so, so happy that you enjoyed it so much!!! even just knowing that new readers are diving into this fic almost a year after i first started writing it and liking it... i’m going to :’) to the grave
