Now here’s the thing with him being a Lee I feel like based on what faceplate mode he’s in he has different tickle spots and different laughs
Doesn’t get tickled a lot but when he does it’s from starscream of Lugnut. Now starscream would do it for fun (I ship blitz and star so badly..) now for Lugnut he would tickle blitzwing when he just gets on his nerve
Now for spots when in that blue faced mode also known as his icy mode he’s the type to have ticklish palms and knees I feel like and his neck is a death spot for him and absolutely would die at raspberry blowing on his neck a squealing flustered mess
Now for the hothead mode I’ve had this headcannon for so long that he snorts when he laughs it makes plenty sense!!! And I feel like he gets tickles in this mode a lot because people just think he’s too angry in this mode or they just wanna cheer him up *COUGH COUGH* (starscream) anyhow his worst spots would definitely me his stomach and the ribs it makes perfect sense!!
Now for the little crazy mode known as random he has the most cackle sounding laugh ever 100% screams when being tickled and squirms a lot and for his spots he’s just a walking tickle spot poke him anywhere and he squeaks

his icy mode I feel like doesn’t tickle people much but when starscream is just being absolutely annoying his icy mode does it just to shut him up. Absolutely dead silent when tickling someone but pure nothingness.
Now for the hothead mode he would definitely be a rough tickler when it comes to tickles will absolutely attack your death spot or anyone’s death spot when they are on his nerves and for teasing would just call them pathetic or weak
Now for the random mode of blitzwing is a absolute monster when it comes to tickling someone and he loves to tease people would definitely scribble his fingers all over your sides or stomach and he would definitely be the type to blow raspberries on your stomach and always compliments you when tickling you like saying your laugh is very cute stuff like that…
