Atty came home to Ari and Ashton arguing as usual. Usually, she would block out their shill voices, but today Atty was in no mood. She was fired from her job as a Caterer that day. Rent was due in a week and she only had about $3000 saved up. Where was she going to get the last thousand?! And when were her freeloading roommates get a job and help her?!
She was stressed. She couldn’t afford to love her and handle everything on her own. She was also pissed. The constant yelling match between Ari and Ashton was giving her a pounding headache.
She decided to talk to Jon about it. Jon told her not to worry. He told her he was start looking for a job ASAP.
Wanting to tget out of the house, but not wanting to spend money, Atty decided to talk to the library. The quiet and free wifi is just what she needed.
There she met a guy named Arthur. They joked about their matching outfits and talked about their favorite books for while. Atty thought he was flirting with her until he mentioned his wife and kids who lived back in Oasis Springs. Dejected, but still interested in being friends, Atty exchanged numbers with him.
Later, Ashton told Atty that Jon informed her of Atty’s financial situations. Ashton said that she and Ariel promised to go job hunting tomorrow, but until then, nobody had any money for rent.
Atty decided to try to finish the screenplay she was working on, but quickly hit a writer’s block.
Atty decided to just try to relax in front of the TV for ideas, but instead just she started to think about her shitty life. No job, horrible friends, no money, no boyfriend....
Atty marched right into her room, threw herself on her bad and started to cry.
An hour later, Jon interrupted Atty’s wailing.
“Girl get up,” Jon said as he stared down at Atty hiding under her blanket.
“I’m never getting up,” Atty bemoaned. “I just want to lay here forever until the oceans dry up.”
“Ok but we’re going out to the club and we want you to come because your crying is not cute.”
“THE CLUB?! WE’RE BROKE! WHOSE PAYING FOR THE DRINKS?!”
“Ari has like 100 bucks.”
“THAT CAN GO TOWARDS RENT, JON! GROCERIES?! WE’RE RUNNING OUT OF TOILET PAPER?!!?!?”
“You coming or not cause we going.”
“....”
Atty decided to tag alone. She quickly decided to drink away her sorrows. After an hour of drinking and chatting, she was completely drunk.
A hot guy named Don started to flirt with Atty. He was the hottest guy there and he bought Atty like 2 drinks! They sat and chat. Atty was a lot more fun since she wasn’t depressed and crying.
Don and Atty got really close, whispering in each others ears and stuff. Ari was disgusted because she though Don looked like a total douche, but whatever.
DON AND ATTY EXCHANGED NUMBERS AND HE PROMISED TO “HIT HER UP LATER” (UGH). Atty, feeling a lot better, hugged Jon and thanked him for being a good friend.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?!
