Something I finished earlier in the month but kept putting off posting.  This design is based off something I saw in a dream, and I tried to replicate it.

She is a cosmic being who travels through dimensions, and her raison d'etre is to guide and protect lost souls. Particularly young souls like children, because they seem to empathize with her most.

When asked what her name is, she goes by "Aaida."  At least, that's what I'm calling her.  She has a robotic disposition, being a being who was created to carry out a sole purpose. Yet, she still finds herself becoming emotionally attached to those she helps. Just a little.

Her outfit will be a little different the next time I draw her.  I feel weirdly hesitant to share my OCs again, but it's something I have fun with and really do want to do more often.

More Aaida!

- Even though she can’t sing to save her life, she’s wicked good with a flute and violin

- Before Lavada was friends with her or even met her, there was a rumor going around that Aaida was secretly just one of the fae, but Lavada thought it was all rubbish, until she actually met her. Aaida smelling of wild flowers, hair the color of wheat with a laugh that sounded like bells. Then she heard Aaida play some music and Lavada was low-key convinced and even if Aaida directly said she wasn’t a fairy, Lavada wouldn’t believe her.

- lmao can you tell I ship those two the most? Thinking of somehow putting that in the story, ngl

- To be honest, all of the queens kind of believed the rumor to some extent upon the first meeting

- Full offense, she’s one of my favorite characters because she’s just so... light hearted and adorable, and I think I’d cry if I ever met her in real life you know?

-the most optimistic person you will probably ever meet

- bubbly, good natured, excited, there’s not a mean bone in this woman’s body

- very mother like to everyone she meets

- pacifist, she really doesn’t believe in harming people and refrains from it until there is literally no other option, and if fighting is the only way to save her people.

- incredibly selfless, would give everything she owns for her people and others

- however, such selflessness causes her to spread herself thin, and she tends to make promises she can’t always keep because of that

- also naive as well, her belief that everyone is good can make her fall in with bad people

- honestly, just think as disney princess like as you can get, and you’re ultimately barking up the right tree

Background:

- her kingdom, the Epiphoral kingdom, had been made already for many generations. It was passe down to her by blood and she took over the castle

- growing up she was, well, like a disney princess.

- she was an only child, with a mother and father who loved her dearly.

- her parents were always taking her out to see the kingdom and it’s citizens to remind Aaida of the beauty of it and them.

- her kingdom is one of agriculture, so she studied long and hard to understand it and how it worked to best help her people.

- she was taught goodness ans graciousness up until her parents had both died of old age and she took the crown.

- however, never believing to hold herself above others, left the castle to live in a cottage with her people, the castle now being used for those homeless or to hold meetings

- she’s made it her mission to be on good terms with all of the surrounding kingdoms to ensure her own would fluorish and she succeeded.

- Lavada, queen of the Lunia kingdom, absolutely adores her

- Veta, queen of the Dorian kingdom, tolerates her at least enough to trade

- and Queen Desdemona, ruler of the Inchantis kingdom, has hesitantly put her trust in her.

Fun facts:

- for however Disney Princess-esque she is, she’s actually a horrible singer. She’s very out of tune, but she’ll sing like she’s not anyhow

- she’s the oldest of all the current queens, though she acts the most childish

- really will become a mother figure to Desdemona, as she’s the youngest and an entire kingdom is very stressful for such a young person

- always out and about with her citizens, she makes it a point to know as much about all of them as she can.

- is at every coming of age ceremony in the kingdom, she likes to give the children flower crowns that look like her own

- her kingdom has the biggest agricultural influence in all of the surrounding kingdoms, and are often traded with for food, herbs, medicine and more.

- however ditzy and childish she may seem, she has a good head on her shoulders and she knows what she’s doing.
