warm up because my drawings have been so stiff and I've forgotten how to both do character distinguishing and also expressions at the same time!

the "corinth only has one facial expression" persists a little in these pages so I actually forget how to draw her when she's making other expressions, haha, but it's also started to bleed into drawing other characters... so I guess it's time for more silly doodles?

i was thinking about how i tend to avoid the more inhuman/divine/monstrous aspects in my personifications and lean towards the Just Some Guy end of the pool earlier today and then this happened.

(also here is Athens for once interacting with some normal humans, I feel like he's a very different person when he's talking to average people/mortals)

i was thinking it would be fun to do a side comic of Persia's origin story (or at least, what the Greeks assume is his origin story, he's notoriously difficult to pin down for an interview himself) but i have too many projects on the go, sigh sigh! just don't know when I can really work it into the main storyline at all so.
