How Interesting You Are * Kiyotaka and Marceline (CLOSED)
While Kiyotaka certainly didn't expect any of the other students to know just what today meant to him, that didn't mean he couldn't indulge himself a little, did it? Of course not! As long as he knew what today was, then it didn't matter. So, he was going to make himself breakfast, one of his favorites, actually: tamagoyaki with steamed rice and chopped umeboshi. Though he may not have been the world's best cook, he could certainly make those things and luckily the school was plentiful in all of the ingredients he would need for this. Seven in the morning sharp, just as always, he entered the cafeteria, peeking around for any other students who may be lurking about. No one, as usual. They were all likely still tucked away in their beds, ignoring the call for the morning. That was fine, with someone lurking about, it may distract him from his goal. With that in mind, he moved swiftly to the kitchen, opening the large refrigerator to gather the necessary supplies before laying them out on the counter. He smiled to himself, taking a soft breath as he began. It was strange, hearing the school so quiet; not that he minded the change at all. Sometimes the quiet was nice, it allowed him to think, it gave his mind the opportunity to wander. Kiyotaka so rarely was given the opportunity to phase out for a bit. The state didn't last long, he was quickly snapped out of it by what he thought was a noise, but maybe he was mistaken.
