Uhh that class is an hour and a half long, everyday my abdominals hurt so much, it hurts to stand/ sit/ to do anything but whatever it is a good type of hurt, a healthy hurt, if that makes any sense XHARDXCOREXno but i felt like that when i started b-ball and v-ball it was in so much pain like u r know but the trick is to stayrelaxed for about 2 days then ull be refreshed oh yea try streching out before u start ur class hope u fell better good luck!!!I exercise on a regular basis, but I did add another exercise machine to my growing home gym.
