hawkbabies and babysitting
so, i was thinking about the fact that most of the avengers could have children when at least cooper and lila are in their teens, so they're basically the babysitters (lila decides they can do it, cooper complains about babies) and i can perfectly see them after a long day with this baby and there's an urgent diaper change to do and cooper is just "nope" and lila says "we had turns and now it's yours" an then he takes a deep breath and says "there are three reasons why i won't" and he lists them on his fingers while walking back and forth with an annoyed expression on his face (the baby is still in lila's arms and is kind of pissed too at this point): one, i don't have any idea about diapers. two, i don't even know where to find them. and then he stops, staring blankly at the wall, the baby doesn't make a sound and lila is a bit confused "what's the third coop?" she asks waiting for his answer. he slowly turns and shouts "I'M NOT YOUR SLAVE--- JUST STOP PULLING ME INTO THIS HELL" a stern look and a shout and a large bickering where this baby was just staring with wide eyes, they try to change the damn diaper. those are basically the worst days ever.
