It’s the end of September, Winter is approaching over on these sides & there’s one thing that this USUALLY means for people like me - seasonal depression. Aside from my rampant love of all things ghoulish & ghastly that October 31st beckons... This time of the year has usually always caused me some angst because the shorter days & the colder weather means as a highly sensitive being, I’m even more susceptible to being hit hard by the shortage of vitamin D... So I needed something a little more practical & I feel like in the spiritual community, we aren’t given as many practical tools & TANGIBLE methods (masculine energy) that we can put in practice to combat these low moods or the emergence of chemical imbalances that may exist within or without us. The prayer is so healing, The meditation is fantastic, but sometimes when you JUST cannot quiet your mind, you need something now, you need something real & you need something that will work almost right away. For this reason, I’ve recently picked up working out & going running again & along with starting therapy, this is something I’d really love my enchiladas (avid followers) to also begin to partake in. The gym isn’t for everybody. For some, it’s running, for some it’s swimming but as long as you get yourself into something that gets you MOVING, you’ll experience a shift almost instantly. This is also a great way to work on healing your inner masculine. Working out targets dedication, strategy AND commitment - major components of the masculine. I call it ABBB - anti baby boy buster 😄 mould your body into your best self to keep the dusties away by boosting your confidence & serotonin UP.   Al meer dan een jaar wacht ik op zorgvuldige herindicaties van zorg bij ernstig progressief handicap. Ondanks meerdere gesprekken wordt er in het Leudalse gemeentehuis wel veel over, maar weinig met mij gesproken en vooral datgene wat ik bij te dragen heb genegeerd.

Vandaag hebben wij derhalve een bezwaarschrift opgesteld en ter gemeentehuis afgeleverd. Gezien het doofpotgehalte van de behandeling door Gemeente Leudal gaat dit bezwaarschrift in het geheel online.
