Eel Waves.
By Abbey Luck
Ecstasy Island:This watercolor started as a story about disintegration but now it seems like it’s more about feeling trapped. Her lower limbs are restrained by forces of nature (the vines) but her upper half is entangled in her own rootlike hair. Mostly what’s holding her down is herself. But even if she manages to get free, she’s still stranded on a desolate island. Now I feel sorry for this dumb drawing... maybe I’ll do another few others that somehow lead her to a happy ending.
When islands collide: Their orbits have converged. Watercolor and ink on paper. The long awaited next chapter to the loneliest corpse series. Hopefully it won’t take another month for the thrilling conclusion!
Love Island: The third installment of this montage story about two lovers finding each other in a lonely universe. Finally, THEY MAKEOUT! So unbelievably hot, right? What will happen next? An LTR that leads to baby goo space monsters? A messy breakup that sends their hearts careening across the galaxy like two barren asteroids?
