Answers to a-c-d-thinks questions:

1. Are you athletic? I run (jog), work out (when I can) so…. Yes. And thanks to my job……and getting older….I feel it every damn night.

2. What is your favorite holiday? Halloween. Always has been. I have a statue of a man stuck in a bog under my stairs in the back yard. It stays there year ‘round. The guy who mows my grass hasn’t said anything yet…..but, I’m guessing he got a real kick out of it.

3. Favorite genre of music? Well, I have a very eclectic taste when it comes to music. But, to sum up most of what I have……(Indie music) Folk / Jazz / blues / rock/ Classical / …in that order. I really don’t have enough room to list all individually. But….music is my life. I can’t work unless I have music playing. My ipod goes from : Bauhaus, Al Green, White Zombie, The Hollies, Janelle Monae’, Lou Reed, Jennifer Corday, Sarah Bettens, The Smiths, Peaches, The Cliks, Sylvester, Dido, Michelle Malone, Melissa Ferrick (YES), Michelle Malone (Yes, Yes), Sneaker Pimps, Brandi Carlile, Uh Huh Her, Mazzy Star, Ani fucking Difranco, The Girls (Amy and Emily), anything with Michelle Chamuel, Tegan and Sara, Tori….ok….sounding very categorized here……..changeup > Neil Diamond (old stuff), Mason Williams, Herb Alpert (grew up on that), The Doors….Frank Sinatra, …...and David Schnaufer (delcimore) - Blackberry Winter (AWESOME). That’s just a few in my ipod…

4. What is your favorite sport? This is when the nerd in me comes out. I really don’t watch sports. SORRY FOLKS…..I don’t understand football, baseball is boring to watch (but I used to play softball with I was a wee little one), I have a really hard time sitting through an entire game of basketball…etc. BUT… I do watch the Olympics..( does that count)….I really miss Dara Torres….what a sport she was. Kicking ass at 40. (made me smile)

5. Would you rather spend time with friends or family? This is easy (FRIENDS) I’m an only child. My family is spread out all over the globe. Most of them I have never met. It really is sad. Not going there.

6. What is your favorite TV show? A tad bit embarrassed by this….but I do have 3. Except, the seasons are over with for now. (Lost Girl and Orphan Black). My Cat From Hell is excellent and educational.

Who misses Willow and Tara……. I do. Still crying over that .

7. Where would you like to vacation? I do believe I posted this answer on the Frandom blog……but, let me remember what I said: Alaska (to see the Northern Lights), Australia (to swim The Great Barrier Reef), Italy (to find relatives and eat really good food), finally….to hike some of the Appalachian Trail. I think that was it. Oh……add….Yucatan Peninsula ..(Cancun)…to see the Mayan Ruins.

8. If you had one wish what would it be? WOW…….Really? Ok, to be 25 again and to know what I know now. All those mistakes…all those missteps……horrible decisions…. sure would have been easier to know ahead of time. Yep….If wishes could come true to avoid all the you know who’s.

9. Favorite session in school fall/spring/or summer (if you take summer classes). Problem here…….I’m not a college student. I did go….it was a while ago. Didn’t finish….not entirely. I took courses to enhance my military career. Oh…..yeah….20 years in the military. (Human Resources/ Personnel Management) Does this mean I am being omitted from this site entirely? …again... I am not that crazy woman.

10. What is your favorite subject in school? Changing that question to (was). English lit, music (of course), Cultural Art appreciation, and World War History (sad but true….this one just annoys me now….the random idiocracy of people that repeats over and over. Never learning from the past and doing it again…annoying) …..thinking ..well, that was a really dark and dreadful answer.

11. If you could go to college anywhere where would you go? Again, with the college questions. Here is the history of me and college. In 1986 (graduated HS.) I wanted to go to SFA (local college in hometown) or Texas State (which was but a dream). Parents said…that’s great…but how are you going to pay for it. …and …where are you going to live...AND…how are you going to support yourself. Not us. Not here. Yeah….they really said that. So, I joined the military. The best thing I had ever done. It got me out of po-duct town Texas and far away. I did take courses that were given by local schools via the military… here and there…APSU, Nashville Tech, Vincennes Univ….but, that was explained in question #9.

Whew….I sure hope I did ok? Do I get to collect $200 dollars and pass go. LOL jk.
