Because it's 7am & life is weird 🤙🏻
hey guess what,
I’m FAT and I’m PROUD
Just a happy lil bee 🐝
It’s my birthday
I turned 22 today and that’s so weird.
I'm afraid that if I tell people how I have been really feeling for the past few days they will make me go back to the hospital. It's gotten to where the thoughts in my head are so loud half the time I can't focus. I feel like such a burden. - Abeigh
Hey sweetheart,
If things are bad in your head then you really need to tell someone, you don't deserve to feel like that and you do deserve to get help.
You are not a burden at all! I'm sorry that you think that, but I can promise you that you aren't. Everyone has their struggles in life, and I mean everyone. Whether it's with education, physical health, mental health, anything, everyone has something that they struggle with in life and it doesn't make anyone a burden. It makes us human. You can overcome your struggles, you can fight them and win, it may not be easy, but you have family and friends helping you fight your corner, you can't give up lovely.
Have you thought about going to the hospital again? I don't know your situation so obviously I can't tell you what to do but I think you should consider all of your options. While you don't like the hospital, is it the best place for your recovery right now? Is that the place that's going to be of most benefit to you right now? Because if so I think that you should consider it darling. Everyone wants to help you, people don't want to hurt you. But likewise, if you can justify calmly and with reason why going back would not be suitable then I'm sure they will listen to you and take everything into account. If you go to them with a plan of action explaining that things aren't great but this is what you're going to do about it they're much more likely to listen because you're being proactive and it's positive.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes lovely.
Lots of love and cuddles,
Paige <3
