Sooo I have this hazbin hotel x reader fanfiction idea. I have been sending it in to multiple authors on here and nobody has written it. I wanna yap about it lol
I refer to the reader as the human
So basically Abel screws up really bad, and the angels decide he deserves a punishment, right?
That punishment being that he has to be the guardian angel of a human for a whole year.
He's kinda salty about it, not fuming but he is holding a little grudge against the human.
That is until he goes for his first day as their guardian.
They are just so fucking pretty, and everything about the way they move and talk is so perfect to them.
He falls in love at first sight, head over heels down BAD.
But obviously he's an angel, and this human can't know he exists.
But as the human seems to be getting in danger more and more he gets worried.
Why were they in so much danger? He didn't even feel comfortable leaving once.
So he stayed a few weeks in the human world, watching.
Eventually he decided "Since I have powers, I can hide my halo and wings." And decided to pretend to be human and become their friend.
He gets hired at their workplace, and constantly keeps an eye on them while so he can keep doing his job.
He's wracked with guilt that he's getting so close to the human and knowing he will have to leave.
But as they spend more time together the human starts to fall for him as well.
And I'm gonna take a little bit from "say no to this" from Hamilton for this story.
Then Abel offered to walk the human home from work one day.
The human confessed their feelings and said, "Stay?" (Not in a sexual way, but in a "stay with me, love me?)
That's when he began to pray for the Lord to show him how to say no to this.
Abel doesn't know how to say no to this, in his mind is trying to go, but when their mouth is on his he doesn't say no.
He wishes he could say that was the last time they kissed, but that last time it became a past time. (They are dating atp)
Eventually he told them that he is an angel, and they accepted him.
And then Abel receives a letter from one of the angels, it said
"Dear sir I hope this letter finds you in good health, and in a prosperous enough position to put wealth in the pockets of those down on their luck. You see that it's illegal for angels and humans to be together. But hey, you can keep doing that little human if the price is right, or else I'm telling the heavens."
He panicked, there was no way this was happening!
He rushed to their place and said, "I am ruined!" They tried to calm him down but he was panicked.
"How could I do this?!" He shouts
He hands the letter to the reader, and they say. "Just give him what he wants and you can have me!"
He chants in his head, lord show him how to say no to this..
They kiss and fall asleep holding each other.
When the human asks "So?" He simply responds
"Nobody needs to know." And gives the angel the money.
And basically the whole song of we know plays out with Sera and Abel
And then Sera makes a compromise, he may say his parting words to the human and go back to heaven, but they are permitted to be together once the human passes away.
He doesn't have much of a choice and complies.
There's a gut wrenching angst scene when he explains to the human, both crying in each other's arms until they fall asleep, and he leaves in the night.
For the next few years he is lonely, but still functions.
He misses the human dearly, but the thought that they can be together when they pass away holds him together.
Once the human is in their mid to late twenties they pass away, and they are reunited.
It's a very sweet and loving scene, and they live the rest of their afterlife together.
