St Cwyfan's Church, Aberffraw, Anglesey, Wales, UK.
Which do you like best... Porth Diana in May or Aberffraw Cottages...?
Both collectors are really lovely people and because of that the sales were a joy!
I dispatched the original of "Porth Diana in May" unframed to an inspirational lady who's been lobbying to improve the way the civil service works on cases of those who are no longer able to make decisions about their own lives, because of health and disability issues. Ever since, I've loved getting to know her better on Facebook and LinkedIn.
The framed original of "Aberffraw Cottages" was collected from me by a lovely gentleman who is local to Anglesey and wouldn't stay for a paned (cuppa) as he had a bug he didn't want to pass on. How kind is that! And it was such a compliment to my art: to be bought by someone who lives daily in the beauty of Ynys Môn/Anglesey!
Please don't feel down about missing out on these two pieces. They're available as prints and on all kinds of gifts, etc at: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/102119480 and https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/109588790 Or you could private message me with photos of your favourite view for me to paint...!
Diolch! Thanks!

Like many small business owners, I wear more than one hat!
I'm an artist and illustrator, an artisan making fun costume jewellery and other small decorative items, and I let a Lakeland cottage to holiday makers.
And I've been known to work at supporting other lymphoma patients and survivors too. Lymphoma's a blood cancer, if you're wondering...
But today I just wanted to share the link for subscribing to my free monthly artist's newsletter (https://lymphomalass253520856.wordpress.com/ ) and share my latest watercolour, which I first showed friends and followers yesterday lunchtime, in my newsletter.
The painting's of Aberffraw on Anglesey, it's standard A4 size, so easy to frame in an off-the-shelf frame and mount, and is available unframed for £75, including UK postage.
If you'd like this for your home, please just private message me!
And why should you sign up to my newsletter? Because you get to see at last one of my paintings first! So, if it's just the one for you, you've a better chance of acquiring it!
And because you get to hear the story or inspiration behind three of my pieces, with some news (this month, about I get in the Manchester Evening News!). And because there's a DIY creativity project in each newsletter too.
I'm only sending it out monthly at present, because I want to write something worth opening!
