my store has half hour opens and hour closes with one model its horrible I seriously want to quit

Really? My store still has hour openings and two hour closes but we also only get one model. I work at a store with a lot of foot traffic though so that may be why. And with the way that they expect the store to look at this point i don’t think it should be too bad. And as for quitting, if you absolutely hate it, don’t torture yourself and just quit. But, if you’re just annoyed with all the new changes, just like the rest of us, I recommend you stick it out for a little while just so the company can get everything sorted out. My prediction is that hours will go up towards may or june if not sooner.

I haven't been getting a lot of shifts lately and idk why what should i do?

Are you new? This could be why. When the manager makes the schedule, the computer auto-schedules all the associates based on their availability (so if you have crappy availability, this could also be why). Then, the manager will usually go through the auto schedule and edit it based on who they like, who is a good worker, etc and give them more shifts, taking the other ones away from newbies who don’t have as much experience or whatever. (This is all based off of what i’ve learned from my store, but I imagine its probably a similar process at other stores as well.) I hate to say it but another reason you may not be getting too many hours is because you may have just pissed off the manager who makes the schedule. 

My advice to you if you really want to work more is cover cover cover everyone else’s shifts. Let other associates know that you’re available if they need it and don’t be picky! Prove to your managers that you deserve more shifts! Good luck!

INVENTORY

Has got to be the most frustating thing I have been thru since I started working. Like here we are taking out all the tags so you can just scan them nicely BUT NO! The people scanning literally destroyed our stacks and ruined everything.

This ia probably gonna sound stupid but my managers changed my schedule. They added an hour to one of my shifts and it says 17:30-00:00 with a break in-between. What hour is 00:00? D: it says my shift is 6 hrs long so wouldn't it be like 23:30? Idk hahah HEEELP ME :(
